A Team Leader at Credence Resource Management is more of a SME with only focussing on Second Voices to convert collections. Your learning becomes zero even for your executives

...y department works towards the growth of the company which indirectly helps you. You will get timely salary and also promotion as per your capabilities. Overtime and working on indian holidays is also taken care. You also have canteen facilities with variety of food. Work culture is good.

As this is US based process you may have only US holidays. Working benefits depends on every department individually.

With lot of pressure, stress & lot of emotional drama if you have good people around you the people who are good to you the management will act like school teacher they will change your seats talk to your friends inform them not to trust you such things happen here
