Company might be good in specific departments but I worked with letter team which had terrible management.

...in the letter team everyone is frustrated and want to leave as soon as possible. Don't get lured by the salary they offered it's now worth it.

Nathing to highlight here, it's all day to day same work, poor job training program, you will get just buddy up session with current employee and after 3/4 days you have to start working on your own, it's simple data entry job for few departments (specially in correspondences back office department) other processes might have better experience, i would suggest atleast don't join back office correspondences department in credence, look for other processes. I waisted my 3.6 years in same department, poor growth opportunities, finally i left it and now looking for better opportunities.

...et sufficient Fan's they provide only 4 to 5 fans we have adjusted in that only. Annual appraisals won't happen on fix periods, also after the appraisal they provide appraised salary in 3 to 4 months with difference amount.

...y department works towards the growth of the company which indirectly helps you. You will get timely salary and also promotion as per your capabilities. Overtime and working on indian holidays is also taken care. You also have canteen facilities with variety of food. Work culture is good.

As this is US based process you may have only US holidays. Working benefits depends on every department individually.

With lot of pressure, stress & lot of emotional drama if you have good people around you the people who are good to you the management will act like school teacher they will change your seats talk to your friends inform them not to trust you such things happen here

...f work pressure, No professional behaviour and manner from the upper management. They love to discuss personal life's of employees infront of everyone, loves gossips, lack of training, salary is not as per market standards.
