No work life balance. 24/7 work schedule. Management and HR are not supportive. They teach you a small amount and expect you to do a lot. Interns handle most of the work.

Likes

Good work culture, friendly environment to work atleast in B.A. Team, good appraisal, lot of learning opportunities and exposure to clients business.

Dislikes

Bad in terms of work life balance and expectations from employees to work long hours and weekends without any compensation. Starting salary/package also not very high.

Likes

...ill still not be satisfied and you will be deemed less useful than an intern. There are good things to learn in this company, functionally, but you will pay an extremely high price for it. If you are joining this company, my advise will be "Run Away". There are not many worse moves you can make for your career.

Dislikes

The list of things not to like in Credence Analytics is a kilometer long. I will try and keep it minimum. 1. They are not getting any meaningful new projects, while competition companies are getting so many projects that they cannot keep up. 2. No projects mean no growth promotions or financially 3. They will give you one target and track your performance against a completely different target. 4. NO training will be ever provided, you will be expected to be productive from day one. even if you are an intern. 5. They are losing good people, and they are not being replaced.

Likes

Work life balance is acceptable as there are no restrictions or strict reasoning for taking of leave for your mental peace, and no strict policy to just stick to the screen.

Dislikes

The salary provided here is much lower than you expect, and your performance or training will be reviewed anytime, further on the stage of on-boarding they will not provide salary as per your expectations and not even the position, they just share the offer letter of the salary and position mentioned by their own.

Pros Are :- 1. Salary is Competetive for freshers 2. Learning Curve is good (If you are under good hands) 3. Lots of HR Activities 4. Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)

Dislikes

The cons are :- 1. No WorkLife Balance 2. Poor Management 3. Hire Interns, do work from them and then when internship then fire them (about 70% of company is Interns).
