Extremely bad organization, work clutter it's poor. However, they provide new technology for designing software. But, no job security co-worker doing so much politics.

Management doesn't know how to do business. They want to transform the garment industry into the IT industry. The management operates based on the preferences of some old employees. There is a culture similar to hire and fire.

Bad work life balance, too much work pressure and no job security they have written in their offer letter they can remove you from the position within first 6 months any day they want.
