Lala type company having a lot of attitude of MD. Personally I never recommend anyone to join. MD trying to destroy my carrier when I was resign and join another company.

Dislikes

No work culture, leg pulling and job security.

I am Working as a Senior Engineer-Outgoing Quality since April 2018.Working environment is average here.Job Security is good they will do F&F without notice period. Moreover Some people who are working since last 5-6yrs. They are pulling new comers. Moreove there product Quality is good since customer complaint is very less.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very High. Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours. MD do not value an individuals. Job security is very less.

Creative hi-tech has a good plateform for starters/freshet with ampel of opportunities.has some ups and down like other manufacturer gaints there are few chances of job security thr coz this company works on season basis so this is the minus point which i personally feel otherwise its good for beginners as i mentioned earlier.

Dislikes

Very much high level of politics there.if one has a good upper management link then he can survive good
