Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I think Creanza is not giving the proper time to Executive for increase the business. And company is not looking what is exactly ground problem for Executive. Company heared only ASM & RSM.

When the company is ordered to any Executive for resign from the position at that time company is not given one month notice period on the mail. Only intimated from the ASM you can leave the company in 7 days. At that time Executive is suffering from heavy finicial problems until he is not join any other new company. I am suffering from this problem. If it is possible for the company please do not repeat again with any Executive. Because the company runs our home.
