Company is not system oriented or process oriented, company have hired a President HR who is good for nothing, he doesn’t have any skills to be a part of HR team on any position. Doesn’t have adaptability attitude, creating a culture of dictatorship and eating the company like termites. Team below him of HR is also good for nothing, having designations like VP & GM however not having any HR skills. Management shall look in to it to arrest the root cause otherwise company will never ever will be a part of system oriented or good culture company. Owners Mr Satish Garg & Kunal Bhalla is good however they should literally take a call on this.

Dislikes

Entire team HR and their main boss so called President Not having systematic way of doing anything. Only concern about channel partners and sales team, no appreciation no rewards no perks and benefits to anyone apart from these Channel partners and sales team. Sales have a dominating attitude in this organisation.
