...ra, Christmas, Rakshabandhan, etc. On Eid only Muslim employees get the day off. In terms of Salary, its the lowest you can get. For any junior position you join here, you'll get 12k if you sign a one-year bond otherwise its 9.5k for first six months and you'll get the remaining 2.5k from every month after the 6 months period. In terms of bond they keep 10th and 12th marksheets. Though they say increment will happen in 3-6 months, it happens after 6 months and after the 6-month period, the salary is 15k for one year. There are mostly no opportunities or any extra benefits here. Work environment is really awful and most guys who join leave in a month or two. Barely anyone makes it through an year.

Now, Everything I dislike in this company. If you’re looking for a place that sets impossibly unrealistic targets, this is the spot for you. Nothing quite like the thrill of being crushed under pressure while watching higher-paid colleagues leisurely scroll through YouTube for entertainment or enjoy some quality time gossiping. There are folks "friends" now only 2left, they don’t even have their own deadlines, They spend 3-4 hours a day on YouTube scrolling like news channel, videos & podcasts, nearly 1-2 hours smoking break (multiple smoke break almost 15-20 minutes for every round), and 1-2 hour gossiping yet somehow find the time to set unachievable targets for you! & Everyone knows who is HE. When you don’t meet these unachievable goals, He is expert on quick to schedule a meeting to discuss your "mistakes." You can’t do much about it since they cozy up to the owner and team up to make you look bad. If you ever dare to speak the truth, these people will twist things around to make you look like the villain. In this studio, the very first person you'll meet is none other than the "Chair Torturer." This individual will sit idly for a month or two, impressing the owner by mastering a few tricks from YouTube. Their expertise? Criticizing others, shouting at them, and proving everyone wrong. It's truly a talent—one that everyone will quickly recognize as soon as they step in. There rule and regulations policy changed every month multiple times and dropped suddenly in mail inbox or by HR in production area. Intresting thing is all rule & regulations is against your little bit freedom. Whenever owner of this company is not available on floor, HR also included in gossiping with "Chair torture" person. In short, Toxic environment, if you dream of a high-pressure environment where you can sacrifice your life for the company, then look no further! It’s the perfect place to learn how to endure a toxic atmosphere.

Work has less pressure, team is supportive, Mostly IP related work.... If you are good at your work and know how to manage your time, You can be comfortable. Appraisals are decent
