One of the biggest problems of working here is that the studio only has Blender as their working software which is not used in any big studio. So working here, you won't gain much experience in terms of software skills. Also, the studio does youtube kids' rhyme work so their business model is based heavily on quantity over quality so there's always very high work pressure. Though working time is 9 hrs, I haven't seen anybody leave right after completing 9 hrs. Most days you'll spend 10+ hrs here with only a half n hour break. There are almost no holidays here, no holidays on Dussehra, Christmas, Rakshabandhan, etc. On Eid only Muslim employees get the day off<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. In terms of Salary, its the lowest you can get</mark>. For any junior position you join here, you'll get 12k if you sign a one-year bond otherwise its 9.5k for first six months and you'll get the remaining 2.5k from every month after the 6 months period. In terms of bond they keep 10th and 12th marksheets. Though they say increment will happen in 3-6 months, it happens after 6 months and after the 6-month period, the salary is 15k for one year.
