- Salary Credits on the 7th Of Every Month which may inconvenience employees. - Issues with the management system and Project structure persist. - Lack of Modern Tools for Project Management and Focused only on SAP rather than other Thechnologies. - Disparities in Salary increment. - Limited Health Insurance coverage, must be included for Parents also. - Absence of onsite Cafeteria in Office building. - No Plan for External Training other than SAP also No Certifications provided other than SAP.

Likes

The first thing I liked about the organisation is that we get to learn many more things regarding technical things. Apart from technical the work environment here is good.

Dislikes

There is no job security here. Appraisal and salary benefits always gets late.

...ice No proper Activities are arranged by HR No increment after completing a year They also cut employee PF from our salary

They can terminate you without any cause. I got terminated in 6 month without any compensation. Just 2 days before got an message from HR to resign at my own and I was dropped off

They are not professional and have very bad experience

- Very Poor Management and No work ethics - They removed my account without any notice and they have not paid my salary I am not sure where can I find help. I have been cheated. I informed HR (Prachi) that she is not responding to my emails. I have also looped the CEO (Shrikant) they are not replying. - They won't pay a salary for the work done. - Stop Scamming people and please respond to the email. - if they claim this as a false allegation then I have proof of email conversation I have valid records. Please try to be professional with your employees and stop cheating them without paying salary.
