Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing except that the office location is in Koramangala.

No proper vision of the management. No proper direction or guidance. Leaves are a big issue. It's not a company it's a family run business. You are only good if you praise the management. Looked down upon for any kind of ideas. No say in anything. Management can do whatever they want and HR support them. No bunker no place to take rest in case of sick. Not suitable for female employees specialy at night shift. No facility for emergency cabs or anything like that. Very very small operation. You don't get AC or lights if you login early to finish or catch up in work. Expected o be available 24/7 and frowned upor if leaves are taken. No clear direction from upper management so agents and team leaders suffer the most. They keep chant the rules and expectations at their whim. Worst place to work . Not suggested for freshers. Only come here if you have no where else to go and you are desperate enough to drink poison everyday, be in coma and still expected to come to office and work and praise and butter the upper management people and the owner and his wife.

I didn't like anything... From management level to till TL they won't follow some work ethics also

They won't values employees, they not follow corporate culture, thay expecting 2 persons work in one person. That to they will provide max 2 hrs training and 100 % quality with 200 % production..

Everything it was good experience and it has good environment like people are really good.

Their is nothing that you will not in this company their are very nice people where you will get help by any one in the company it has been good experience

Infrastructure isn't so good since it's under construction, cab is not provided for day shift, cafe has only one vendor so no varieties of food, they have 4 washrooms for entire 2 floor which isn't a good thing and cafe has no washroom facilities
