1. Growth is for only who will stay till midnight, Normal logout guys will be treated like waste. 2. if you are not willing to stay till midnight, they will ask you to report to midnight stay guy who is fresher. 3. So if you have 20 years experience also, you have to report to fresher guy, saying star performer because of his mid night work hours performance. 4. Better if someone make them to understand, performing in official business hours is always a correct process, instead of mid night works. 5. Tamilians will be highly taken cared & enjoyed. 6. You have to be very midnight work alholic to survive here. 7. Every 3 months teams places/work/knowledge will be moved/changed 8. I am also wondering for the situation, when my turn will come to report to fresher guy.

Good work environment, on time salary, best learning opportunities for fresher bcz I also joined as a fresher now I can able handle any situations and it has boosted my confidence, present ability

...ately Terminates the employee. Work Life balance is worst i have seen till date. Employees can be called up at any hour and asked to work ( many times on Saturdays or Sundays even without Pay )

Salary is always on time. HR team is very good. Team mates are nice.

Micromanagement by mid level managers. Unnecessary workpressure. Poor leadership. Always influencing the employees for overtime. Treat employees like school student by the managers and team leads.

Im grateful to work with craft silicon, since from last 3+ I'm working here, I have learnt so many things when it's comes to practical work knowledge I can rate myself 10 out of 10, because now I became proficient in work, good working environment, good supportive top management and my team, approachable Hr team.
