Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

CR Asia is a good company company policies are good they give good salary hike leave and bonus every year good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

CR Asia is not given training to new joinees there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

...mmates are supportive and the management is strict. Company policy are moderate. appraisals are fair and they provide time to time salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't take my issues. Salary growth is too slow.

It is a multinational company so definitely it's not a name it's a brand.. It's salary structure was fair enough.. Another thing is it is trying to improvise it's management so waiting for some more perks and benefits.

Dislikes

Management which is on development phase needs improvement and the main thing is skill structure is not so good.. They need skilled personal in huger authority.. They should solve problems and defend client to improvise business which is major lacking in the company at jamnagar refinery site.
