It is a multinational company so definitely it's not a name it's a brand.. It's salary structure was fair enough.. Another thing is it is trying to improvise it's management so waiting for some more perks and benefits.

Management which is on development phase needs improvement and the main thing is skill structure is not so good.. They need skilled personal in huger authority.. They should solve problems and defend client to improvise business which is major lacking in the company at jamnagar refinery site.

Had to travel all over India during the job. Food allowance was different and the salary will be safe and will be put later.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Had a good team with me, but it was a 12hrs duty with 1/3rd of the actual salary. Work-life balance was not an option as it would take 16 hrs of our time dedicated to the duty i.e, from Ealing up till going to bed.
