Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Had to travel all over India during the job. Food allowance was different and the salary will be safe and will be put later.

Dislikes

Had a good team with me, but it was a 12hrs duty with 1/3rd of the actual salary. Work-life balance was not an option as it would take 16 hrs of our time dedicated to the duty i.e, from Ealing up till going to bed.
