Dislikes

...sign doesn't matter if employee has No issues in pas during 7-8 years tenure. Salary vs workload is unbalanced 95% would agree. And if talk about appraisal however it is based o stote and Individual performance but, its something like you add half spoon of sugar and devide among 4 cups of tea.
