There is no salary hike ( I'm working in 2018 to till this date , 2018 November salary I am earning 2021 jun. 2. There is no promotions 3.there is no bonus , extra benefits.

It is good for freshers but not for experienced talent because the middle and higher management is not skilled enough to provide good enough training and exposure

Since leadership people are being old in this organisation not focusing on the factors which actually responsible for employee trust in the organisation they are behaving sometime like dictator. And the management being aware then not doing anything. New talented people joins and leaving this organisation immediately because of this behavioural gaps
