Job security. Politics. Not learning only where you work for company they teach you this cpm India is contract basis company .they got contract from big companies and they arrange the manpower.for that.

There is no salary hike ( I'm working in 2018 to till this date , 2018 November salary I am earning 2021 jun. 2. There is no promotions 3.there is no bonus , extra benefits.

It is good for freshers but not for experienced talent because the middle and higher management is not skilled enough to provide good enough training and exposure

Lack of knowledgeable middle management and the compensation is poor

Workload: Given its MNC status, the sheer volume of transactions can be overwhelming. However, with the advanced tools in place, it's manageable.

Likes

Good place to work for MIS/Data Analytics. Learnt alot and work was good seniors are mostly supportive. Latesh ma'am is very good mentor whenever you need guidance. Nice company to start your career.

Dislikes

Mostly nothing and upto your own mindset how you take the pressure and hard work in the company.
