In this pandemic situation company not supported us , not giving single penny & management decided to close there all branch offices and 30th Apr 2020 they sack there all stuff. So in this company no job security is hare , work culture - management all seating to take there profits % ( Salary ) they don't think about there employees.

Work Life Balance is good. Best place for a fresher to get in to the corporate work structure. Office culture is good as I had a great time with my colleagues during my tenure.

Dislikes

Cochin Office Management is probably the worst and Toxic environment one can work in. I have so many terrible experience with the Line manager and especially with the Finance CB Team Lead. They bring and impose so many toxic traits to their staffs which never even questioned by the H.O even they are aware of all that. Sometimes they are purely biased in their decisions, I have personally witnessed so many occasions in which they become biased with certain persons in our office. No RnR.. No Staff Welfare Programs.. No Team Lunch or Going Out.. Even with the success the company reaches each year they never give a value even to its senior "Hard Working" Employees.
