No flexibility while working in some projects Yearly hike is affected and not much hike No travel faciltity No process, projects are built in haste and you may have to work weekends sometimes

Too much or office politics, no respect for client, team members all the actions are to please the greedy leadership. Traditional way of working, sick mentality of leadership who will not listen and will not change. No job security.

Not at all advisable to accept offer from this company for experience people who worked from level 5 company .

Resigned in very shot time due to there treatment and behaviour of the higher management( including. Operations VP and CEO ) .In proper behaviour of employees No professionality at all It like there one family company HR don't have proper decision always do for higher management instructions.use less hr department . Most impacted person in 2023 is me.Sending legal notice ( use less still need to fight for next people should Not impact ) Not at all good for experience people . For freshers start up career may be good . Going to publish all evidence soon with the help of legal advice ..
