An excellent place to learn something new each day Sorry to say but the majority of Indian companies judge employees based on their package and designation and miss the larger picture of how they can make every employee part of their own vision & mission. Also, these companies are short-sighted and that's the biggest blocker in making their presence felt at the "Global" level

Being a global company, sometimes things move a little slowly and I believe this is the case with every big organisation where they sometimes lose the agility wrt to change and implementing things

They have hire and fire system. Management in IT specially director and senior director levels are terrible and not supportive at all. They don’t even bother to respect an employee as a person. They can go terrifically beyond the limit to insult their employees. Pathetic work culture at Coursera.
