However, over time, you may realize that money alone doesn’t make up for the other challenges. 4. Flexible Work Hours (Depends on Your Project) Flexibility exists, but it’s entirely dependent on your project and manager. If you’re in the right team, you might enjoy some work-life balance. If not, it’s a different story. Final Thought: The company provides opportunities, but many benefits come with strings attached. If you’re lucky with your project and manager, you might have a good experience. If not, be prepared for some trade-offs.
