Initially everybody will appear to be great n sugar coated

Dislikes

Political n leadership doesn't follow the words. While COVID resulted in cost savings but still the cost cutting was immense n they took advantage of it by not increasing salaries despite being committed n later they even deny from their words openly. They contradict their own words/ratings and use it as per their convenience. For cost cutting they will expect you to over work and the org structure is very poor.
