Company is customer focus but not employee focused. Not paying as per market and each employee is not satisfied with pay compare to market

No JOB SECURITY AT ALL... No big projects in Blueocean... They ll hire u for small projects with good package... And after completion they ll throw you out of company.., just hire and fire policy.... Horrible company.

But if you choose to buy out your notice period, they will count every single day to extract money from you—without an ounce of shame. 7. Project Managers Who Treat You Like a Commodity. They don’t see you as a person, only as a number to maintain their billing. If it means pushing you into meaningless projects or making unreasonable demands, they won’t hesitate for a second. The Bottom Line: Yes, you may gain some skills here. But in exchange, you’ll lose your self-respect, peace of mind, and any hope for a fair and supportive workplace.

People are little bit supportive but higher manager is not.

Work life balance is not good. Salary as comparing to work offer very low. Very less opportunity to growth you have to explore yourself. Promotion is very disappointed.
