They should pay the Intern for the work, Not to all but those who ware good enough to do task and team lead as well.

We have to sell our ethics to cheat customers and sell them a membership package which is a scam and not worth 10% of customer's money.

Don't know about much, I request to other candidate who wants to join or joining in next day. They will just waste your time. First, they will hired you then said there is some training and all after that they will told you that you are not suitable for that position without giving you any task. If someone is not suitable then it was all cleared in an interview but they will hired you after onboarding and training they said you are not suitable. There will be no growth in this company.

I recommend don't waste time, they will just waste your time. Company is also not good. It's better invest your time on other company rather than this nonsense company.

The company is a fraud company according to me they teach you the best techniques of sales but you have to fraud with the customers because what promises you have to done and written on the pitch that promises are not fulfilled by the company , there is venue system where they place their offices for a short time in 5 star hotels , The collogues and senior are very motivating and friendly but the main thing that I faced *I never got my incentives of sales* and got the salary at end of the month like after 20,also at last month I didn't got my salary , so all over experience is terrible so never do job in this company or this kind of any *Timeshare* companies they all are fraud they have no paper works they just fool you with giving big dreams with there suger coated tone

Working here taught me a lot of things, and the most important thing which i was able to execute was time management. With this tool of working in an industry I successfully participated and gave my best in each and every task.

I feel like, for giving live and practical experience to the HR interns they should focus on more that one filed . They only give selective candidates to take interview thats it, they could have given other practical task to other candidates other than just recruiting.
