...ith no festive holidays, having only Sundays off. Each workday is 10 hours long. Additionally, despite putting in these extensive hours, employees do not receive their salary at the end of the month. They’ve been scamming employees for 3 years. It’s normal for them. They hire employees, make them work for 1-2 months, then don’t pay their salaries and start recruiting new employees.

It's ok to be honest. people change jobs to make more money. If I ever left my current job for another job, It would only be because the new employer offered me a substantially higher salary, or I moved too far away from my current job to make it worthwhile

I enjoy the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and help them with their questions and problems. Every day is different, and I appreciate the challenge of continuously learning and adapting to new situations. Unlike any other company, founders and senior management are very cooperative and have no as such hierarchy of juniors and seniors. The management system is not brutally stuck to the hierarchy system, they welcome suggestions with open arms. They truly are towards a education led-management system that follows the no-barrier rule.

While I enjoy the majority of my responsibilities. I would say that the occasional technical glitches or limitations can be frustrating. However, I always strive to find alternative solutions or workarounds to minimize any disruptions in the service I provide.
