...ith no festive holidays, having only Sundays off. Each workday is 10 hours long. Additionally, despite putting in these extensive hours, employees do not receive their salary at the end of the month. They’ve been scamming employees for 3 years. It’s normal for them. They hire employees, make them work for 1-2 months, then don’t pay their salaries and start recruiting new employees.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace. Working with talented and supportive colleagues not only boosts productivity but also makes each day enjoyable. the autonomy and trust I receive from my superiors are remarkable. It allows me to take ownership of my projects and find innovative solutions to problems. In my job, I get to see the direct results of my efforts, which is incredibly rewarding, Witnessing the positive impact of my work on clients or customers if fulfilling. I appreciate the work-life balance that my job offers. It allows me to pursue my passions outside of work and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

It's ok to be honest. people change jobs to make more money. If I ever left my current job for another job, It would only be because the new employer offered me a substantially higher salary, or I moved too far away from my current job to make it worthwhile

Likes

I enjoy the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and help them with their questions and problems. Every day is different, and I appreciate the challenge of continuously learning and adapting to new situations. Unlike any other company, founders and senior management are very cooperative and have no as such hierarchy of juniors and seniors. The management system is not brutally stuck to the hierarchy system, they welcome suggestions with open arms. They truly are towards a education led-management system that follows the no-barrier rule.

While I enjoy the majority of my responsibilities. I would say that the occasional technical glitches or limitations can be frustrating. However, I always strive to find alternative solutions or workarounds to minimize any disruptions in the service I provide.

Company has strict undertankings in regard to the non-completion of job which results in extreme dissatisfaction within the suffering employees.

As a fresher, I thrive in environments where I can constantly learn new things and develop my skills. I loved being exposed to different projects and receiving mentorship from experienced colleagues. It helped me grow both professionally and personally.
