Working with Cosmus has been a positive experience. I have grown professionally and now earning a substantial income as incentive, apart from my salary.

Dislikes

I failed to understand the 2 negative feedback I have see on Naukri.com, might be from under performed employees who were sacked due to poor performance.

I would rather work in sanctuary than in cosmus bags pvt ltd, You will never get your salary on time , The eCommerce head of this company doesnt know how to talk to there employee and doesn't even know how to take interview Male/female both. He lacks experience in man management if a employee makes a mistake he will create a scene out of it . They lack basic facilities like electricity , Drinking water , clean toilets. There is no proper communication between middle management and upper management, This people will never give you offer letter or reliving letter if you join or you leave the company they do not have a concept like, They expect you to work when you are sick also, I have been through this experience, The company doesn't have sick leave, casual leaves, public holidays and if you take sick leaves or casual leaves for day or two they will cut your salary,If a employee takes a CL on Saturday or Monday this people will deduct 2 days pay from your salary , so no support from company if some personal problem comes up.

Worst company I have saw so far. I would rather work in zoo than working for this company. There are no work ethics. They want us to for them 24*7. The E-commerce head has no fkn sense he just only knows how to create scenes. The worst management one could ever have. They have office politics in the small group. I did the best thing by leaving this company long time back. And I still didn’t got offer letter.
