Every organization has areas where it can improve, but my focus has always been on learning and growing from the opportunities provided. My experience at CEPL was valuable, and I prefer to highlight the positives that contributed to my professional development.

Working Environment is Good some of staffs are supportive

Dislikes

working style is poor work is not defined properly. Releaving process is so poor due to some manager and they take too much time to clear full & final Salary.

Likes

Overall working with Cosmos was always good in terms of Work home balance for a married woman like me. Compensation was little less as compare to current market scenario. Overall work atmosphere and Superior were all helpfull and cooperative during my tenure.
