In this company not perfect for diploma apprentice trainee.this company work eligible only labor worker, 8 pass, 10 pass.Here,the daily target is 180 chassis. Doesn't matter In that you pass diploma or labor same rules for everyone.if even not completed 180 target you will be scolded.in this company local boys are given more priority.

Seriously i dont like management how they operates. No ethics, only rules, regulations, policies are on paper but official politics are more.

Carter growth so gently , if u join an operator then it's need 3years to put him as a line leader/supervisor, and most of the case local are more value given by the organization. After complete 1year of diploma appreciate training (DAT), They give you rejection with third class reason. Union is badly impact in company.

This is named as a mnc company and i couldn't find those stds. You can learn by yourself but the senior members will consider you as their helper. There is not any space to speak it up as mentioned open door policy. No team play as everyone is Praising the manager for their on growth
