Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1.Every 3 to 5 years ,CEO was changed then need to start from zero.all the time the team was changed due to CEO change.all the CEO s was bring their own team. 2.partiality in promotions and apprisals. 3.intenational work pressures. 4.more bossesium. 5.there is no personal life after working hours.need to availble all the time. 6.company culture depends on CEO's. 7.Manufacturing directors using some foul langauge and intentionally insult infront of team.
