The concept of opening a sports based school and the fact that it is an American curriculum

Dislikes

1. Campus is good but not maintained and extremely in the interior. Quite difficult to travel. Snakes are around specially during the rains. 2. American curriculum is there but not followed. 3. The Principal and the coordinator don't have any experience of international curricula and nothing is systematically implemented. 4. Highly gender biased institution where rules are different for female but relaxed for male. 5. Everyone is working for name sake as the superiors are inexperience and incapable to run the school or have a hold of it. 6. Favouritism is always a key issue in every school and so is here. 7. Rules and policies can change anytime. 8. It's a trap for students as well. Over 5 years the student count has only dropped. 9. Management is failing to retain quality staff because of highly unqualified superiors. 10. One of the board of directors have a scam story behind the scenes. 11. No quality standard, no professional development courses held. Dislikes are endless.

Teachers and coaches. Lovely students. Beautiful campus.

Dislikes

Terrible, rude, disrespectful, racist, denigrating management, who think they rule the world. A Principal who is in reality a micromanaging boss with an inflated ego, extremely poor education and skills, as well as a dubious background. Safeguarding is a BIG issue. The school promises the stars, but delivers sand. Not recommended for either staff or students.
