Work Atmosphere, 5. unrecognising true talents, 6. favoritsm by supervisor, 7. promotion based on how well you're connected with your reporting manager. 8. MBA HR reporting to the positions where graduation is not required. 9. Top management running a parallel company. 10. Middle management taking projects with them to other companies. 11. Company doesn't have potential leaders.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are friendly and supportive. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 1.5 years before which you cannot resign.

The work culture is good, and you will receive a decent salary. If you have good knowledge in the domain, you have a great opportunity to grow.

The management is good, but they don't know how to manage.

We'll get salary in last working day of the month end.

We won't get any leaves in weekends and will not get any single single leave even if we are sick and morethan 11 hours we have to work in week days very stressful company.

Office is at prime location. The salary is amongst the highest in industry standards. Renowned company, so job security is good. Opportunity to learn is abundant.

Dislikes

HR is the worst. Work life balance is miserable. It's better if you forget you have a life, work is your life. Incentive plans and leave plans are poor and unattractive. Too much pressure on employees in the lower level of the hierarchical pyramid.
