Salary on time only thing is good here

...ft management here. no public holidays as well and they dont even compensate it. they give very less salary package. no promotion no appreciation as no skill development here.They dont care about employees only care about their contract with project vendor. HR is also irresponsible they dont give proper replies. Specially Nimisha Gupta! Most important thing is there is no proper resign process. when you put resign mail to HR they will not respond on it and if you call they will not answer even if they answer they will tell you to contact project manager and project manager will tell you to contact HR. no relieving letter will be given even if you completed your notice period no proper documention process here if you contact HR asking whom to contact for PF or mediclaim they will reply they dont know find it yourself. worst thing is when you join other compnay they dont respond to that company for background verification. Dont join guys.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.
