...roles of a wife and a mom not just from the management but colleagues as well. My salary currently is at least 20% more than my peers working in other industries which is always credited by 2nd (if not 1st) of every month. I have never had any challenge with incentives or claims.

You work as per your clients and customers' timing which in this case is students so you might end up on calls till late evening

...the perfect place to work. It is all about meritrocracy and delivering to the T. International travel to Singapore and Dubai, at least till pre-COVID times, was a huge bonus for all employees. The Founder and CEO is a true visionary with a lot of passion for student development. He is very high on work ethic, discipline and attention to details. You can either love him or hate him. There is no middle path. :-)

Constant change and innovation can be really stressful for the average corporate candidates who try their hand in entrepreneurial culture. This culture is not for the faint hearted. I loved it because creating innovative products has been my passion and I had a lot of freedom at that.

...ths or a year. Please stop looting people/employees with you big fancy words. 6. All the 5 star reviews, salary hike, growth, international trips, leadership roles (lol, just ask how many of them were moved to top management), bonus, founders vision etc. etc. all big lies, fake and a SCAM! 7. No perks, no PF, no insurance, no form 16, literally nothing except tension, heavy work load, abuses! Just imagine the kind of experience we all (last 6 years) have been through that we had to go through this again to write all this out and revisit the bad times again! Seriously just talk to some 2-3 employees - you will be shocked to hear their stories like - 2 year follow up for experience letter, 100s of mails, calls, msgs, getting blocked from everywhere, eating away bonus, salaries, hikes as much as 3 lakhs!!!! fines up to Rs. 10,000 for each and every thing....

It is a professionally managed and performance driven company. Most of the departments are headed by very experienced professionals who are experts in their own domain. International travel and exposure is very good.

This is high pressure and very fluid environment. Performance appraisals are strict. If you don't perform you are out.

Worst Place to work, no work ethics within the team. Founder and Co-founder both are useless creatures. They dont have any growth plans of the company just fooling people. Making students fool in the name of Internships at NUS, and grabbing hard earned money of their parents approx above 5 lacs. Dont join this organization ever please.
