Even in the lock down period company paid the full salary that's what I like the most and this company is really nice but the people in lower management specially the managers are super ploliticals.

Unfair decisions, company policies are not adhere by theanagees itself, few get promoted 180 degree with no good job done and making other capable people cornered, also promotion policies are breaked. You have to show case work extensions.

...leave the company they will hold your experience letter and demand for money Also they will not pay last month salary at all In the name of deductions they will deduct the salary on their own Managers don’t know management at all All you will learn here is politics Save your energy and try somewhere else

They provide loyality bonus onthe terms of productivity and quality and if you do not complete 3 years they would recover all the bonus from your salary. Why call this loyality bonus it must be named as loan. Above that you can not leave company witin 6 months of your appraisal , that amout also be recovered from your remaining salary other wise no FNF.

Most of the company policy are not good like they provide salary on 7th, 2 month notice period, 1 month salary hold on notice period, they do not provide cab on your last working day etc...
