1- Promotion and recognition will be given to Bengali and south Indian people 2- Salary enhancement based on your ethnicity, first preference for Bengali and south Indian 3- Work pressure and blame will be transferred to Non-Bengali and non-south Indians 4- Extension of retirement period will be given to Bengali and south Indian, rest of ethnicity will be given nothing 5- Political environment where you will suffocate 6- after resignation or retirement you need to follow up on your pending payments, will take longer to settle it 7- Good chances of selection if you are Bengali and south Indian 8- They can call you at midnight and tell you that your services are no longer required by the company with immediate effect

...e who were effected with covid 19. Company took care of the employees very well. Comes to bonus and hikes, those were a bit less for a person who starts with low salary apart from that everything is good to be in this company. Job safety is 100%

Coming to dislikes, management is a bit problem in coromandel kakinada. There were no good salary hikes for a engineer who started with 18000/month as stipend. Also there were politics in the company which will be no good place for persons who don't talk.

1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...
