Very old plant, safety is not much concern, poor decision making, poor future planning, no vision and mission, sluggish decision

2 years bond is not suitable for new joining.salary is good , carrier growth slow for lower level.

...anical maintenance people. Please avoid it for your health and peace of mind. Those who joined newly they will get least salary increments 2.5℅ only they give. Daily work hours up to 12 hours Saturday is half day, but boss not let us to take. I suggest that it is worst place to work for mechanical maintenance guy. You can enquiry. If you want, if you join in this location you will be regretted definitely.
