... years of experience are found not fair from local unit level HOD's/Unit Head's. Not a good salary and correspondingly bonus.

Local management does not addressing the salary disparities and promotions. No career for senior employees. Lower level NM staff and junior level officers will get more salary than senior most executives. Said disparities are not going to the notice / mind of Group and corporate management. Local management is playing a lots of politics by using their authorities, though their contributions are zero to the Organization growth.

1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...
