Excellent Company to work with. I have done job there around 18 months and enjoyed there. Personally and professionally they cherish you as individual. Leaders are mentors as well and guide you in your journey. They give full independence for tasks assigned to you. Very good company for women, I personally want my wife to work there some day.

Dislikes

Salary levels and promotions are tough and that was the reason for my exit. Since it is very people sensitive organization, sometimes manipulation becomes easy via wrong feedbacks to management. Could be possible I was unlucky that it happened to me.

Dislikes

work life balance is not good, evenings are usually blocked with meetings. salary is also not great, the amount of effort that is expected does not match the salary/ benefits at all.

HR is useless and don't take any action despite of knowing the fact that employee is being retaliated. Manager just did what he/she was asked to do by their managers to harrass the lower staff.

The type of technical work is average to good.

Dislikes

Almost everything apart from the technical work. Work culture is extremely toxic in the indian sector in pune. Managers at the top discourage and disrespect people (Especially Girish and Anupam). Fresh ideas provided are always frowned upon and supervisors behave like dictators. Senior managers suffer from superiority complex syndrome and if any improvements are suggested then dual meaning insults are hurled. Managers are hypocrites, have insecurities, and get jealous if someone is good at something and would be hell bent in trying to them put down.

It is very amazing experiance with corning technology. Its my 1st company 1st experiance of work but this experiance a lots for me . Beacause not only work bt corning culture, seniors behaviors, security, facilities and all are too much nice.
