Good salary. Good perks. Free food, transport and nice infrastructure.

Absolutely bad work culture. Managers would do anything to get in your way of progress. God forbid something goes wrong in your life, they’d make sure that they put pressure on you and kick you out of the job. Why? So that they can replace you with fresh talent for lower salaries.

Company cares for employee though compensation is little worrisome. If you want to learn and grow , then there are opportunities that company provides. Work life balance is good.

Compensation benefits is not as per market trend and you need to juggle a lot to get your salary raised.

Great team and benefits if you are from bihar or entered through references. Appraisals/promotions , allowances are given to their people.

Worst team if you are not from bihar or entered through anyone's reference. If you want benefits, appraisals/promotions, you need to surnamed as Kumar / tiwari etc.

Really good work life balance Permanent work from home options Emolyeer PF contribution which is over and above CTC Work culture is great Management is easily approachable and appreciate for good performance

Work life balance sometimes goes too much high Too much freedom leads to lesser productivity
