Good salary. Good perks. Free food, transport and nice infrastructure.

Dislikes

Absolutely bad work culture. Managers would do anything to get in your way of progress. God forbid something goes wrong in your life, they’d make sure that they put pressure on you and kick you out of the job. Why? So that they can replace you with fresh talent for lower salaries.

Company cares for employee though compensation is little worrisome. If you want to learn and grow , then there are opportunities that company provides. Work life balance is good.

Compensation benefits is not as per market trend and you need to juggle a lot to get your salary raised.

Depends on the team and manager. Good thing is job security, learning opportunities. Product based company and diverse tech stack

Dislikes

No consistency in remote work opportunities. Some managers are forcing people to move to office locations although there is no such policy by the organisation. The annual hikes are less than annual inflation of the work location.

Great team and benefits if you are from bihar or entered through references. Appraisals/promotions , allowances are given to their people.

Dislikes

Worst team if you are not from bihar or entered through anyone's reference. If you want benefits, appraisals/promotions, you need to surnamed as Kumar / tiwari etc.
