Work environment is great. The timings are flexible and work could be done as per your convenience without any time boundations. Company is also provides free food and evening snacks.

Get to learn a lot, company size is small so interaction with highly experienced guys(even with CEO, CTO) is possible, most of us work as contractors in big companies so it gives exposure to work in both a small and big company.

Dislikes

If you don't want to learn and grow no one will ask you, sometimes you will be missing management, if you don't do things by yourself, you will be prone to get into a comfort zone coming out of which will be a difficult task.

Likes

The work culture is good, the company's CEO especially interacts with everyone to better know about the situation if any. Team leads are understanding in nature, very calm. Yes, you have the freedom to dig into any problem and search for a solution, but you have to fight for your suggestion.

I did internship there, monetary benefits were not too much, but learning and passion for the project was top knotch.

If you are not passionate about work you do, and don't do much self learning, it's not a environment for you.
