Nothing, management was worse, specifically Samadhan Gaikwad, he don’t have an idea how to behave with employees and got position of Senior manager…… he was tried something bad with ladies employees, he don’t deserve the post of senior manager….. once 1 girl charged POSH as well

Everything, no one has knowledge to run firm or else manage employees and project….. never single client was happy with resources….. they were hiring freshers peoples and pretend to client about resources…. Who has 0 experience they pretend as 5 yrs exp at the front of client. Resources has to face challenges at client workspace…. Even they don’t have enough client as well to place their own employees…. We were sitting more than 3 months on bench….. very worse experience with coreIT

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
