Salary on time is the only thing.

Long working hours , due to unplanned commitments with customers the developers are forced to work at least 12 hours per day. Appraisal and variable pay not credited on time.

Worst management people, work pressure, partiality, politics, no job security, not getting good appraisal, no recognition. Totally worst work experience for last 2 years before it was good

In simple word this is not company it is high school.Even college will be better than this.

Company itself confused which one to follow they dont know what exact.Treating employee as slave.one need to be oncall for 24 hours better they can start bpo.Manager will work minimum 15 hours but they also dont know what is this for. They will run behind the client.

it gives the job security and good work culture and good work life balance

coresolution gives the job security which is good and the teammates or so polite and they are very helpful in all aspects and the appraisal was vey bad even the person who is not working will get the same as who is hardworking
