Dislikes 1) Less Salaries And More Working Hours 2) Company Appraisals are Not Satisfactory 3) Working Hours More Than 14 (Fourteen Hours Some Times). 4) Basic Salaries Also Not Satisfaction. 5) In This 4 To 5 years between lot of process and policies are implemented. we are following all the rules and regulations but company not considered the OE 's Salaries and Appraisals. 6) We are Really unsatisfied and in a bad condition with this salaries 7) Bad toxic culture and politics , some of senior associate earns by wrong way , do harrase to good working associate.

Not Job security ,managers involve in malpractice , in case you have reported any incidents in any centers it's your jobs have gone , Because sr person always want not reported any malpractice incident , Same issue with me in June month I have work 10 years in core . Even I have not present in centers where incident occurred , Last and Final Sr person always want no one report any malpractice incident .but I have Reported on same time with in 1 min or 30 sec ,

Only good thing working in core integra consulting services is that the employees get paid on time that is every month's last day salary will be credited no matter whatever happens.

Dislikes

The company does not support the employees for any issues with work, The employee himself is made sole responsible for that, Yearly appraisal provided is very less, Employees are not paid enough for the work they are performing, many a times the employees have to work for 15 to 16 hours without receiving overtime compensation. Work timings is terrible , VCO's and SO's in TCSion have to report to the exam centre at morning 5 or 6am and have to work until 8 or 9pm which is very tiring.. Employees are not getting time to spend with family and friends.. Skill development is very poor, learning is also not upto the mark.

Not providing Additional benefits like pf and all the things..and a pay scale of 11k per month, which is not at all sufficient for my basic needs...so, kindly consider this and increase my pay scale...
