1. You feel something achieved everyday. Some its learning sometimes its work but you do achieve. 2. Learning events held once in couple of weeks. 3. You perform roles of business analyst, developer, tester(not much) all-togeher. 4. Good if you can compromise everything for learning

...s low, You can get twice or thrice pay outside for doing same work as fresher. Forget about salary raise. Salary will be subtracted if you take more than 1 leave in month. 2. No proper documentation you may face issue while leaving. They even delay documentation after your notice period is over. No salary sleeps etc well kept. You get some documents after working for 3 months nothing till then. 3. Technologies used aren't that advanced. 4. Work-life ballance is quite poor you have to sacrifice so many personal events. 1 personal leave per month. Sometimes you work for 12+ hours. 5. Holidays are less than half of which you get outside in other companies. 6. There are issues in saying things you need because of indirect maintained employee pressure. Some internal politics is there you can avoid it a lil by keeping yourself to yourself n not comparing. 7. No proper HR to convey complains or provide you solution. 8. No health insurance etc stuffs.

...e have good amount of time to discuss everything will be blemed on Developer. 4.Salary deduction on the basis of performance (cheep mentality) 5.Very rude behaviour with employee (they will go to any level you cannot imagine). 6.After some time you will feel no productive work.

Nothing to like... Money centric company

Dislikes

...they dont have any HR. Its just CEO who is working as HR whenever he gets time - Salary - You will get salary below industry standards, And they will pretend like they are doing favour on you by giving you salary or raise. - Dont care about employees. Once you put down your salary, you will treated like dogs, they will scream on you for no reasons. - Skills- You will get to learn some database skills only. Out in the world programming means not just SQL Store procedure. You will not get any knowledge on framework, c#, .net core, webapi. Everything is just copy paste - Team leads- who are nothing but 2-3 years of experience old employees. who have never worked outside this company, and dont know how companies works

No work-life balance No job Security No Payslips, Official Documents until you leave No training You are treated according to their need. If you are not their favorite they will insult you in front of everyone If you are leaving the company they will treat you badly and threaten you about documents
