staff is good but boss is a headache.

i have worked for almost 2.5 year, no PF. you have to come on time if you come late they cut the salary, but leave on their time. worst company. owner and his 2 daugther managing the shop like company. they did not pay the salary in covid time they don't think about the workers.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
