It's my first company. WFH is available upon request. Reasonable pay.

Dislikes

Night calls daily even on Fridays. I spend 2hrs on scheduled calls. Don't even ask about unscheduled ones. No training or any skill development. Bits wilp is available for interested people Rules and work are for juniors. Seniors don't come to office regularly but juniors should.

Management at India office is a joke and everything is decided from US HQ. Too much micro management and there is no work life balance. Expectation is that you will be in standby 24hrs Lack of transperancy and incompetant managers thinking of themselves as god and non technical AVPs(thinking of themselves as very technical) are blindly following managers to save their a**. Don't waste your time here.

Nothing, you feel good in beginning, but you start feeling like the British rule in olden days. Slowly you will understand even managers are being ruled by state side Team leader, just one state side Team lead can handle indian senior managers... A pure slavery. First only one week training will be provided ... To make outbound calls After few months you will be forced to take inbound calls and they provide only one day training with some screenshots No metrics will be shared but they will surprise you by sharing a feedback saying you missed a parameter on call Any movement you will be shifted to any process... They told me it's out bound calling.. now they forced me to take inbound calls.. Beginning they said it's just for 2 hour inbound calls and we need to help state side Team.. now ufff I should on inbound calls for 8 hours... By any chance if change status I will be terminated No stability in promise Break is 1Hr 15mins Food court is 500 meter distance and you have to stand in queue but you only get 40mins for lunch and snacks will be provided at the same place but this time it's only 15mins LOL a person should walk for lunch for 500 meters in 40 mins but when it comes for snacks they want us to run and complete it in 15 mins... NO logic Nobody knows the process all the people really on stateside management They will tell you how to work... But if stateside come and tell you it's wrong the way you worked... Again you will be surprised by seeing the same person who team lead who thot you how to work ... He changes his mind and agree to state side gives you a feedback saying you did mistake... Thou you took teamleads suggestions while working... They flip in seconds. No trust in employee if your cab is delay... They ask you to share location .... If you need leave due to some situation at your home.. they will ask you to No they will lecture you how to manage home and office situation... As if we don't know The company was good when I joined ... Peace and perfect company But now due to some new managers and teamleads.. they started applying they old employees rules... Like techM byjus and some other domestic company cultures

My job is to call bank I will be talking to call center agent..... In what world they thot being an agent of some other callcenter will provide survey... And again I call the bank and force them to give me information and again I should ask him to date me on my conversation It's purely B2B process We have managers but they are just statues they connect with state side meet they listen and they come and start torturing the agent Nobody will point them out saying this Indian side HR hired agent saying it's outbound and now they forcing people to move inbound The only reason is HYD is short of jobs.. No worries... HYD mein phir woh shaan ayega.. and we will shine very soon.. Just baring them till I get a new job damm... Imp*** if you join even your co employee with same designation and work also can drop you an email a documented feedback LOL and that's common there... No QA team nothing... It's just if you found some other agent you just drop an email looping all the manager just to show case your skill you are spoiling other reputation... And managers will let them do it... They won't take action instead asking other agent to write a mail on to same colleague Team leads they are fycking charm What hits your mind when you hear about team lead?? A person can handle a team in friend environment Being a shield between management and agents Making sure there should not be any damage caused by agent to management and from management to agent Balancing both And correcting agents error instead blaming them... And making sure that the agent is not repeating it again But here they won't correct you it's always a warning and blaming and making sure you will be terminated Manythings to share but I had to sleep now because I should enter the hell again at 7.30PM There was work-life balance but not anymore Last but not least Other companies you will find workstress but here mental stress they just keep poking with one or the other reason by giving feedback Decision is your... I took lot of time to type this so you can understand this is geniune review Or I don't waste my time for a fake review Take a wise decision

Indian management.i myself a Lead for team of 20 and see how racism thrives here and can't protect hardworking agents. No skills training ever done here. Gutkha chewing managers are hired.
