Politics/management is third class. if anybody is joining in middle or senior management team it will be like hell for him/her. Here nobody talks about growth of company, everybody is in race to secure his job. Chatu people will stay here longer.

Dislikes

You can't understand the logics for your salary cutting. Every month there is different salary in hand. No systems in place, only monopoly of few senior officials. No increment for 4 years. No job security.

...rdclass.Instead of joining cooper do farming at least you will gain some profit.Financially you will be in loss totally If you do job in cooper bcz salary provided is very less compared to your experience.You have to wait every 3-4 years for increment.No allowance,no perks,no promotion.Thank me later.
